Our services

We work as a sustainability/regenerative ‘Thinking Partner’ for you and organisation. 

In this role we are a critical friend for your evolving sustainability/regenerative programme of work.  We coach, we challenge, we strategise and co-create business-model shifting ideas and programmes. We work alongside you so to help leverage the existing resources you have within your teams and organisations – knowing this is the most  powerful resource for business transformation.  And along the way we apply regenerative principles to put the creativity and heartfelt purpose back into sustainability work for our most passionate change makers.

Our founder

Our founder Cat Hirst is a sustainability and regenerative business advisor with a difference. 

Pioneering a highly ambitious and creative approach she helps individuals and businesses step up to play a positive role in tackling the climate crisis, ecological breakdown and deepening social inequalities. She helps businesses shift sustainability from a place of compliance to become a source of creativity, inspiring innovation and employee engagement on complex problems. She challenges and inspires in equal measure and is passionate about taking sustainability from the sidelines to become the beating heart of an organisation.
